We’re a mid-sized financial services firm focused on delivering digital solutions to our clients across lending, wealth, and insurance. I lead the internal Salesforce initiatives as the Head of Business Systems, responsible for aligning technology with business growth and customer experience goals.

02. What do you like best about The Pinq Clouds

Working with The Pinq Clouds was a structured and efficient experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our sales processes and translated them into a Salesforce setup that fits our day-to-day operations. Communication was consistent, deadlines were met, and they were flexible when our internal priorities shifted. They also provided hands-on guidance during training and post-go-live support, which helped us adopt the system quickly. Overall, it felt like a true partnership, not just a vendor engagement.

03. What do you dislike about The Pinq Clouds?

Not much to complain about, honestly. In the beginning, we had to push a bit for documentation, but once we brought it up, they were quick to fix it.

04. What problems is The Pinq Clouds solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company undertook a 6-month project to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud in order to improve the way we manage leads, track opportunities, and oversee our sales pipeline. We needed a centralized CRM system that would bring better visibility and structure to our growing sales operations. We’re a mid-sized financial services firm focused on delivering digital solutions to our clients across lending, wealth, and insurance.
