Mission Statement
The mission of ForcePerformers is to connect buyers and providers of Salesforce consulting services. To fulfill this mission, ForcePerformers assists buyers in identifying potential service providers by offering reviews of companies. We also support service providers in marketing their companies and services. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ForcePerformers. The terms “you,” “users,” “buyers,” or “service providers” refer to users who visit the ForcePerformers website (“Website”) and/or contribute content via the Website, email, telephone, or other means.

Acceptance of Terms
BEFORE USING FORCEPERFORMERS’ SERVICES, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY. These Terms form a legal contract governing your use of ForcePerformers’ website and services, including upgrades and materials available therein. By using the ForcePerformers website, registering on ForcePerformers, accessing information such as research publications, using the ForcePerformers API or mobile application, or contributing content through various channels (e.g., posting information on the website, responding to surveys, submitting emails, or participating in telephone interviews) (collectively, “ForcePerformers” or the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, ForcePerformers’ Privacy Policy, Review Guidelines, and any applicable invoices (collectively, the “Terms”).

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to the Terms. In such cases, “you” or “your” will also refer to that entity and its affiliates. If you lack this authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services or provide information to ForcePerformers.

Please check this page periodically to review the most current version of the Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access to or use of the Services signifies your acceptance of any updated or modified Terms.

ForcePerformers retains the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to its Services to anyone, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.

Eligibility
To use the Services, including to register for an account, use the Website, or submit reviews or other User Content (defined below), you must be at least 18 years old.

Account Registration
As part of your use of the Services, you may have the opportunity to create a ForcePerformers account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information upon registration and to maintain that information’s accuracy over time. ForcePerformers reserves the right to refuse account services to any individual at its sole discretion. If any information provided during registration or thereafter is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, ForcePerformers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information, including your username and password, and for any activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify ForcePerformers immediately of any unauthorized account use. ForcePerformers is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

User Conduct and Community Standards
ForcePerformers requires all users to act respectfully. Users are prohibited from:

• Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations.
• Collecting information from other users without consent.
• Posting harmful, illegal, defamatory, or irrelevant content unrelated to CRM or Salesforce.
• Submitting content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy, or contains malicious code.

ForcePerformers reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.

Salesforce Consulting Directory and Reviews
ForcePerformers lists Salesforce consulting providers but is not involved in agreements between consultants and clients. Engagements between you and any provider listed on ForcePerformers are undertaken at your own risk. Reviews on ForcePerformers are user-generated and do not represent ForcePerformers’ endorsement.

User-Generated Content
By posting on ForcePerformers, users grant a non-exclusive license to publish, reformat, and distribute the content. You are responsible for your posted content, including claims of accuracy and intellectual property rights. ForcePerformers reserves the right to remove content without obligation.

External Links and Sponsored Posts
Sponsored posts may contain external links. ForcePerformers does not guarantee the retention of any dofollow or nofollow links beyond two years from publishing. Please contact support for sponsorship options.

Content and Certification Restrictions
Posting content related to Salesforce certifications that may infringe Salesforce’s copyright is prohibited. Responsibility for such posts lies solely with the user, not ForcePerformers.

Advertisements
ForcePerformers may display targeted advertisements. By using the platform, you agree to accept these ads as part of your experience.

Disclaimer of Warranties
ForcePerformers does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the site. The platform and all services are provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability
ForcePerformers assumes no liability for any indirect, direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or system damage, arising from the use of the site.

Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify ForcePerformers against any claims or liabilities arising from user-submitted content, platform use, or violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

ForcePerformers aims to uphold the integrity of its community. Any content that violates these Terms, Salesforce’s rules, or contains malicious code may be removed or restricted.

Your Use of the Services
As a condition of using the Services, you agree to:

User Content

Your Responsibility for the Content You Submit
The Services may allow you to submit content, such as reviews, comments, and messages, via the Website, email, telephone, online surveys, or other means (collectively, “User Content”), which may be visible to other users.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User Content you submit. Once submitted, User Content cannot be withdrawn. You also acknowledge and agree that ForcePerformers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, move, edit, or remove any User Content contributed to the Services for any reason or no reason. For instance, we may remove a review if we believe it violates our Review Guidelines. However, ForcePerformers does not assume an obligation to do so and is not responsible for retaining or providing you with copies of the User Content.

Your Risk in Using User Content
You acknowledge and agree that ForcePerformers does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content. You must independently evaluate and assume all risks associated with your use or reliance on User Content. References to any products, services, processes, or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise, as well as any rankings on the Services, do not imply endorsement or recommendation by ForcePerformers. User Content and rankings reflect third-party opinions and may contain inaccuracies. ForcePerformers makes no assurances about the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content or rankings on the Services. Additionally, by using the Services, you may encounter User Content that you may find offensive or objectionable.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, ForcePerformers provides the Services and all related information on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

ForcePerformers makes no claims or representations regarding any third party, such as the companies reviewed on the platform. ForcePerformers does not endorse any company, vendor, service, or product depicted on the Services and does not advise users to select any particular company based on reviews or ratings. Reviews on the platform consist of opinions and should not be considered statements of fact. ForcePerformers does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content. Any purchase, use, or reliance on products or services offered by third parties reviewed on the Services is at your discretion and risk.

ForcePerformers disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement. If you are dissatisfied with ForcePerformers or anything related to ForcePerformers, you may close your account and discontinue using the Services, which constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy.

ForcePerformers does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services. Service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, system failures, or network issues. ForcePerformers disclaims liability for damages caused by such interruptions or access issues. You assume responsibility for any damage to your device or data loss that results from accessing or using the Services.

If applicable law requires any warranties regarding the Services, such warranties are limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of first use. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

Notwithstanding any contrary provisions, ForcePerformers’ liability to you for any damages arising from these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the calendar year in which the claim arose. The existence of multiple claims does not increase this limit. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend ForcePerformers from any third-party claims, liabilities, demands, settlements, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or your use of the Services.

ForcePerformers may include links to third-party websites. Your decision to access third-party sites is at your own risk, and ForcePerformers disclaims liability for any content, services, products, or materials found on or accessed through these external sites. Links do not imply endorsement, and any use of third-party sites is governed by their respective terms and policies.

General

Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ForcePerformers regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in effect to the fullest extent possible to reflect the original intent.

Waiver of Rights and Injunction
Failure to enforce any provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights. Any waiver or modification must be documented in writing and signed by an authorized officer of ForcePerformers. You agree not to seek equitable relief to enjoin or restrain the Services or any related content or operations.

Assignment of Rights
You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Terms. ForcePerformers may assign or delegate its rights and obligations without notice, including substitution by any third party assuming these Terms.
