In its years of existence, ADR Technologies has implemented more than 50 Call Centers with over 3,000 agents; more than 400 IVRs with 6,000 ports; and more than 4,500 CRM licenses.

In 2019, ADR Technologies began a merger with the Panamanian company Ubiqua SA, with the goal of leveraging the skills, knowledge, and best practices of both companies.

Our goal is to continue fulfilling the goal our founder once envisioned: providing great service to our clients and thus remaining the strategic provider of digital transformation and innovation that our clients need.
