In its years of existence, ADR Technologies has implemented more than 50 Call Centers with over 3,000 agents; more than 400 IVRs with 6,000 ports; and more than 4,500 CRM licenses.
In 2019, ADR Technologies began a merger with the Panamanian company Ubiqua SA, with the goal of leveraging the skills, knowledge, and best practices of both companies.
