In its years of existence, ADR Technologies, recognized among the top Salesforce partners, has implemented more than 50 Call Centers with over 3,000 agents; more than 400 IVRs with 6,000 ports; and more than 4,500 CRM licenses.
In 2019, ADR Technologies began a merger with the Panamanian company Ubiqua SA, aiming to leverage the skills, knowledge, and best practices of both companies.
Our goal is to continue fulfilling the vision our founder once had: providing great service to our clients and remaining the trusted Salesforce service provider they need for digital transformation and innovation.
