    We aimed to automate Salesforce CRM for seamless communication with our users. In Phase 1, we implemented automated emails for Account and Opportunity Contact roles, including dynamically generated custom PDFs as attachments. Melonleaf also automated custom Twilio bulk and triggered messaging for our clients and developed fully customized email parsers. Everything we envisioned was executed flawlessly. Beyond delivering our expected results, Melonleaf’s deep expertise allowed them to suggest valuable improvements we hadn’t even considered—further demonstrating their extensive knowledge in the field.

What I really liked the best about Melonleaf Consulting is their reachability, technical expertise, and eye for resolution. When we ask for a feature, they come back with a very elaborate explanation on how this can be achieved, multiple dependencies, and how these dependencies might affect us from an operations perspective, cost perspective, and time-to-value perspective. This helps us make very informed decisions on how we go about achieving what we need to achieve. This has also helped us numerous times to plan our internal policy on how the CRM needs to be used as well.

The team was able to understand our business requirements very easily and was able to deliver each milestone with outstanding accuracy and agility.Each member of the team that was involved in the projects that are still actively ongoing as a part of our continued support and engagement model clearly understands our requirements, are always available to support, and quickly responds to urgent changes, tweaks, and modifications as and when required.From creating custom rules, managing the security policies, and creating cost-optimized modifications to user management, groups, hierarchy settings, etc., the team continuously demonstrated exceptional skill and understanding.As a consultant, they always focus on getting us the best possible solution at the most effective price. This was very important for us, and they have constantly demonstrated the value of being focused on getting us the best experience and solution, not just billing us for consultancy.
